Yes, round-trip pickup and drop-off are included from selected Bangkok pickup zones. If your hotel is outside the regular pickup area, our team will confirm the best option.

Morning & afternoon programs

Both programs include the same activities — choose the schedule that fits your day.
Yes. We offer both morning and afternoon programs from Bangkok.
Morning pickup is usually between 07:00 and 08:00. Guests usually arrive at the sanctuary around 09:30–10:00, and the program finishes around 13:00.
Afternoon pickup is usually between 11:00 and 12:00. Guests usually arrive at the sanctuary around 13:30–14:00, and the program finishes around 17:00.

The morning program is better if you want to return earlier and keep your evening free.

The afternoon program is better if you prefer a slower morning in Bangkok before visiting the sanctuary.

Yes, both programs include the same main elephant activities. The main difference is the pickup time and the flow of your day.
Return time depends on traffic and your hotel location. The morning program departs the sanctuary around 13:00, and the afternoon program departs around 17:00.

Yes. Feeding is part of the guided experience. Your guide will explain how to feed the elephants safely and respectfully.
Yes. Guests can walk with the elephants through the sanctuary area and observe their movement, behavior, and natural rhythm.

Yes. One of the highlights of the Chonburi location is a scenic mountain viewpoint with wide 180-degree views.

A guided water play session may be included when conditions are suitable and the elephants are comfortable. This depends on weather, safety, and elephant behavior.

Water play is not guaranteed in every situation because elephant comfort, weather, and safety come first.

Gentle guided interaction may be possible during feeding and supervised activities. Guests must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

How to prepare

Sandals or shoes that can get dirty are recommended. The ground may be wet or muddy depending on weather.

The program includes light walking and outdoor activities. It is not designed as a difficult hike, but guests should be comfortable walking on natural ground.

Rain, sun, and the river

Tours run in light rain. Water play depends on weather, safety, and elephant comfort.
The tour usually continues in light rain. Please bring a raincoat during rainy season. If weather affects safety, the team may adjust the activity flow.
